Return and Refund Policy

How do I cancel an order on

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order and we will refund the entire amount.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered and user opt to cancel, unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
We have a friendly return policy whereby we exchange products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects or are different from the product ordered.
Return in case of inappropriate understanding of the product by the customer, the customer will be liable to pay Rs. 100-300 towards shipping costs depending on the product category.
Please contact us with your replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product. The item will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.
The customer/buyer has to get back to through within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or part missing. will then initiate the return process. Customer will have to send an image the of product on email in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or qty, part missing. The return shipping to us for the product will be borne by us.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Cancellation from our end:

We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
